I started my accounting career in practice, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of clients while studying around life as a single working mum. It wasn’t always easy, but it gave me a strong foundation, along with the resilience and determination that still drive me today.

I now lead my own Limited company and take pride in supporting clients not just with their finances, but with growing their businesses and planning for the future. Alongside making accounting clear, supportive and jargon-free, I’m passionate about helping businesses take practical steps towards sustainability and carbon reduction in a way that feels achievable and relevant.

Jade

Jade joined the team in April 2025 and quickly established herself in the role of Accounts Administrator. After several years in engineering and a career break to raise her child, she transitioned into customer facing roles, developing strong communication skills and confidence. Jade brings a proactive approach to her work and a genuine enthusiasm for understanding the day to day workings of accounting.

Shirley

Shirley joined the team around four years ago and has enjoyed being part of it ever since. Before working in accountancy, Shirley spent time in customer focused roles, including as a qualified dental nurse, eventually progressing to Practice Manager. Shirley has always valued roles that involve supporting others and staying organised, and moving into accountancy became a natural next step. It has turned out to be the best decision and Shirley has never looked back.
